Fortington provides the following services:
Executive coaching and consulting — one-to-one and group coaching engagements focused on communication, leadership presence, and performance under pressure.
Digital products and downloads — guides, templates, frameworks, and other downloadable resources.
Online courses and programmes — structured learning experiences delivered digitally.
Speaking and keynote services — live and virtual keynote presentations, workshops, and facilitation.
Thought-leadership collaborations — content partnerships, co-creation projects, and brand advisory engagements.
The scope, pricing, and delivery terms for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, agreement, or order confirmation, which forms part of the contract between you and Fortington alongside these Terms.
3. ELIGIBILITY
By using this Site or purchasing our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
You are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. PURCHASING SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
4.1 Orders and Agreements
When you purchase a service or product from Fortington, a contract is formed between you and Fortington Ltd at the point of payment confirmation or signed agreement, whichever is earlier. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Where applicable, VAT will be added at the prevailing UK rate.
4.3 Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s). Fortington does not store your full card details. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
4.4 Digital Products
Digital products and downloads are made available immediately upon confirmed payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
4.5 Online Courses and Programmes
Access to online courses will be granted upon payment confirmation. Where a course has a defined start date or cohort structure, this will be communicated at the time of purchase.
4.6 Coaching and Consulting Engagements
Specific terms for coaching and consulting — including session scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and payment milestones — will be outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal.
4.7 Speaking and Keynote Services
Booking terms for speaking engagements, including deposits, cancellation provisions, and delivery requirements, will be set out in a separate speaker agreement.
4.8 Thought-Leadership Collaborations
The terms governing any collaboration, co-creation, or partnership arrangement will be agreed in writing prior to commencement and form a separate binding agreement.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Coaching and Consulting Sessions
Cancellation of a confirmed coaching session with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited or charged in full, as set out in your individual agreement.
5.2 Programmes and Courses
Requests for refunds on programmes or courses must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than the first module or session has been accessed. After this point, no refund will be issued.
5.3 Consumer Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where digital content has been delivered and you have given prior consent to immediate delivery, your right to cancel may be waived.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, course materials, frameworks, templates, video, audio, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Fortington Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
Where Fortington creates bespoke content as part of a collaboration or consulting engagement, ownership will be determined by the specific written agreement for that project.
7. USER CONDUCT
When using this Site or engaging with Fortington's services, you agree not to:

Reproduce or redistribute our paid content without authorisation;
Transmit unsolicited commercial communications;
